Continuing Professional Development (CPD) involves tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge, and experience you gain through both formal and informal means while you work. At our organization, we require our members to provide proof of their professional development annually to maintain high professional standards.

With Career Manager, planning, recording, and declaring your CPD becomes a hassle-free process as it offers the following features:

  • Assistance in setting and organizing your development goals
  • Capability to record your development activities
  • Capability to keep track of the time spent on your development
  • Capability to submit your completed development declaration.

Career Manager uses UK-SPEC capabilities and evidence broken down to 60 or so separate skills/capability areas. Athough the Society is not yet licensed to award proffessional registrations, Career Manager iis ready now to support assessments.

  • Apply for registration in categories such as CEng, IEng, EngTech, and ICTTech.
  • Use Career Manager to assess yourself against the required skills for registration, receive help from the TES, and get feedback from mentors.
  • Complete and submit your application online.
