At our organization, we require our members to provide proof of their professional development annually to maintain high professional standards.

With Career Manager, planning, recording, and declaring your CPD becomes a hassle-free process as it offers the following features:

Assistance in setting and organizing your development goals

Career Manager uses UK-SPEC capabilities and evidence broken down to 60 or so separate skills/capability areas. Athough the Society is not yet licensed to award proffessional registrations, Career Manager iis ready now to support assessments.
