The linking process

The process of linking mentors and mentees is important for successful mentoring. The Society ensures mentors and mentees are matched according to their location, sector, and level of professional registration. This helps to facilitate a meaningful and effective mentoring relationship.

To ensure that you don't miss out on a match, it's important to keep your details up to date. We will notify you via email when a match is found, so please inform us if there are any changes to your contact information.
