What is E-mentoring?

E-mentoring is a flexible system where meetings between mentors and mentees take place mainly by email, telephone or meeting systems like Zoom or Teams. This system helps you to express yourself more clearly and plan what you want to say in advance. It also removes the awkwardness of meeting in person.
