Governance

The Society will be governed by an elected Board of Trustees which manages the property and affairs of the organisation in accordance with the Articles of Association of the company and its Bye-laws. The Board of Trustees will be upported by a number of ther Boards, each focused on a specific domain of interest. Boards may create working parties, committees etc to deliver services, reports or decisions.

The terms of reference and ways of working of all boards, working parties and committees will be defined before they are established.
